Compass Group UK is seeking a confident and hands-on Catering Manager to lead the catering operation at Lodestone House in Sutton. You will own the day-to-day running, manage a front-line team and ensure food is prepared, cooked and served to the highest standards.

You will drive cost control, stock management and compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements, while building strong relationships with the client and customers.

• Proven experience managing a successful team in a similar environment
• Experience leading from the front and taking responsibility for people and performance
• Enthusiastic catering leader with ownership mindset

• Leading, supporting and developing the catering team
• Overseeing the preparation, cooking and service of food
