Job summary

Lodestone House in Rugby, Warwickshire, is seeking a Head of Operations to lead catering, hospitality, facilities and logistics across Rugby School and Bilton Grange, driving strategic delivery and operational excellence.

You will partner with the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Leadership Team to set the vision, drive performance, governance and financial sustainability, and build strong leadership across teams to enhance student, staff and visitor experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven senior operational leadership experience within education, hospitality or facilities management.
• Strong commercial and financial management expertise.
• Experience leading large, multi-site teams.
• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
