Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a Director of Catering to lead the catering services at Habs Girls and Habs Boys on a shared campus in Hertfordshire, just outside north London. The role involves strategic leadership, financial management, and developing exceptional food and hospitality offerings for independent schools.

You will join a top contract caterer dedicated to fresh, innovative food for children of all ages, with emphasis on allergen controls, safety and wellbeing across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a senior catering/hospitality role.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of trends in food, nutrition and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for catering operations.
• Lead multi-site teams to high standards of food quality, service and hygiene.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance across operations.
