Compass Group UK&I seeks a Contract Director for Lodestone House, King Edward’s School, Witley, to lead a 30-person team across prep and senior schools. The role focuses on delivering premium hospitality, managing budgets, and strengthening the client relationship while driving service excellence and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a 30-strong team.
• Creating a culture of high-end hospitality, exceptional food and service.
• Overseeing operations for prep and senior schools, including 70 boarders.
• Building a trusted client relationship and delivering required standards.
• Taking ownership of budgets, labour, gross profit and costs.
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve revenue.
• Maintaining compliance and delivering operational excellence.
• Developing the team with clear objectives and accountability.
