Job Description About the Role As our Head of Savings Strategy (NSSL), you'll play a key role in shaping Newcastle Strategic Solution’s understanding of the UK retail and SME savings market. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll bring together market insight, customer trends, competitor intelligence and regulatory developments to help inform strategic decisions and future opportunities. You'll act as NSSL's savings market specialist, developing a clear view of the evolving savings landscape and translating complex information into practical recommendations. Through your insight and expertise, you'll support proposition development, client growth, funding strategy and executive decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with market analysis, influencing senior stakeholders and helping organisations make well-informed, customer-focused decisions.

About You You're an experienced savings, deposits or funding professional with a strong understanding of the UK savings market and the factors that influence customer and business behaviour. You enjoy exploring data, identifying trends and turning insight into clear, meaningful recommendations. You'll bring experience of working within retail savings, banking or building society environments, along with the ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders, including executive and board-level audiences.
