The role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to join one of our popular franchises where you will use your sales management experience to lead a team providing high-quality service for our customers, representing both Marshall Motor Group and one of our leading brands in this sales role.

Who you are
  • In-depth knowledge of sales in the LCV market
  • Proven experience in building and leading a successful team
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals
  • An innovative mindset with the ability to devise and implement improvement initiatives
What you’ll do
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized in both new and existing markets
  • Managing relationships with brand partners and, where appropriate, with key customers
  • Working closely with the marketing manager to ensure products are marketed to maximize sales
  • Strategically assessing sales processes to ensure they are continually reviewed and refined
  • Ensuring an adequate supply of new and used retail stock to achieve monthly sales objectives
