Job Overview

Role Responsibilities
  • Direct Sales Execution: Prospect, qualify, and close sales with major platforms, gaming companies, and digital services across EMEA; build relationships; conduct product demos; manage full sales cycle; meet revenue targets.
  • Market Development: Identify target accounts; develop strategies; provide market feedback; build awareness of k-ID solutions.
  • Sales Process Excellence: Maintain accurate pipeline reports; utilize CRM; develop account plans; analyze performance.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Consulting: Understand client challenges; articulate value propositions; guide technical integration; collaborate with product team.
  • Regional Representation: Represent k-ID at industry events; build industry relationships; stay informed on regional regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years sales experience, with 5+ years in EMEA markets, in tech environments and startups.
  • Proven success in closing deals and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling privacy, trust & safety, or compliance solutions.
  • Self-motivated, excellent time management, ability to work remotely.
  • Strong regional network and cultural understanding.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% within EMEA.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of API integration, online privacy laws, and gaming industry trends.
