Current Challenge: This area is a bottleneck in our business. We seek a leader with excellent problem-solving skills and experience working with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to accelerate deal progress.
The role involves managing an existing sales team to optimize performance and create immediate impact. Responsibilities include training, setting KPIs, and motivating the team to push deals through efficiently while minimizing delays.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Founder daily, making a tangible impact on company growth and career development. The role is at the final stage of the sales funnel; once a deal is completed, commissions are added at the end of the month.
