Job summary

HVAC Recruitment Limited is representing a national Facilities Management and Technical Services provider seeking a Head of Sales to own new business generation and shape a high-performing sales function. You will drive long-term, recurring maintenance and compliance contracts across Hard FM and M&E maintenance sectors.

The role focuses on building relationships with property owners, managing agents and multisite operators, while developing a structured sales strategy and leading future regional

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business in FM/Building Services.
• Experience selling Hard FM, M&E maintenance or PPM services.
• Ability to develop and implement a structured sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth and build a recurring maintenance contracts pipeline.
• Win long-term, profitable Hard FM and M&E maintenance contracts.
• Develop a scalable sales strategy, pipeline, and reporting process.
• Lead and grow a sales team as the business expands.
• Partner with MD and senior leadership to target sectors and clients.
