You will be responsible for working collaboratively to drive sales growth across assigned countries and channels, with a strong focus on sell-out. Reporting to the GM.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth across assigned countries and channels, with a strong focus on sell-out.
  • Set & achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging and provide key partners with relevant collateral.
  • Develop & execute partnerships with key retailers to fuel brand expansion.
  • Nurture & manage key customer relationships while addressing underperforming accounts.
  • Analyse & report on market trends and performance, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to weekly trade meetings, sharing insights and strategies.
  • Support Sales Operations by providing data for reports, analysing trends, and managing customer requests.
Experience Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a sales environment, preferably within the luxury beauty industry and someone who will deliver the best experience for our customers.
  • Experience of working with distributors and retailers.
  • Feels a sense of ownership with their numbers; addressing any issues or thinking of new ways to solve problems.
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical skills to maximise sales and profit opportunities.
  • Excellent industry knowledge together with a strong awareness of market trends and our global competitor set.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
