Job summary
Finlay Jude Associates seeks an experienced Head of Sales to lead the regional sales teams across the UK and Ireland, driving revenue growth for passive fire protection products. You will manage specifications, project pipelines, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration for a seamless customer experience.
The role reports to the General Manager and involves UK-wide travel from the Rochdale site, leading the sales budget and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or related field.
- Background in passive fire protection or similar materials preferred.
- Experience selling to contractors and architects with technical product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales teams in the UK and Ireland with KPIs and performance measures.
- Promote passive fire protection products to architects, contractors, installers and stakeholders.
- Generate specifications, manage project pipeline and price effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical and production teams to enable commercial success.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
- Oversee national sales operations including workforce planning and training.
