Job summary

Finlay Jude Associates Ltd invites applications for a Head of Sales to lead the UK & Ireland sales function from our Rochdale site. This senior role drives revenue, shapes strategy, guides the sales team, and collaborates with Customer Services, Marketing, Technical and Production to ensure commercial success.

You will represent the brand at industry events, deliver CPD seminars, travel UK-wide, and report to the General Manager. A leadership mindset and deep product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering.
• Experience in passive fire protection products.
• Experience delivering CPD presentations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop regional sales teams in UK & Ireland.
• Drive field sales for passive fire protection products to key stakeholders.
• Generate specifications and manage project pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing tools and materials.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide commercial insights.
• Deliver forecasts, targets, and analyse market trends and competitors.
• Oversee national sales operations, including budgeting and workforce planning.
• Oversee sales/marketing automation tool adoption and optimization.
• Deliver data-driven reports on pipeline and lead performance.
• Conduct CPD seminars and represent the brand at industry events.
• Travel to project sites and key accounts.
