As the venue continues to evolve, there is a tremendous opportunity to unlock the potential for large-scale events, bringing in high-budget bookings, exclusive brand activations, and world-class gatherings. With a focus on creativity, commercial drive, and strategic thinking, the business is looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Head of Sales to take full ownership of this exciting growth area.
The Role
This is a leadership role where creativity meets commerciality. As Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving the venue’s event business, working with high-net-worth clients, luxury brands, agencies and top-tier event organisers to bring in events with budgets exceeding £100k. Your ability to generate sales and create tailored, innovative proposals will be key to maximising the venue’s potential.
With a focus on establishing new partnerships, nurturing relationships, and unlocking untapped opportunities, you will have the autonomy to define and drive the event sales strategy, with no limits on what you can achieve. Creativity and strong industry contacts are essential, as you will be tasked with attracting exclusive events, bespoke experiences, and premium clientele to the venue.
