Head of Sales - Tucasi UK

Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week in Eastleigh Office)

Last year, we supported over 2,000 schools across England, processing 49 million school meals, enabling 67,000 school trips, and handling over 8 million transactions—all through our platform.

Opportunity

We’re seeking a Head of Sales to join our senior leadership team. You will lead our sales function, develop strategies to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion. This role is pivotal to Tucasi’s next phase of growth and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue from new and existing clients.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Operations to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Optimize Salesforce processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Identify new market opportunities, monitor sector trends, and develop competitive advantages.
  • Track key metrics such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer value.
  • Design account management strategies to maximize client value and identify expansion opportunities.
About You
  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within SaaS environments.
  • Experience in EdTech is a strong plus, but applications from other SaaS sectors are welcome.
  • Successful track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills.
