The purpose of this role is to assist in building the 5-year strategic plan with specific channel strategies. As Head of Sales, you will develop a strategic sales plan to enhance the company's brand presence in the marketplace, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth across the UK. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by coaching, mentoring, and growing the sales team to expand regional markets and identify new opportunities.
This is a remote role covering the UK, with travel approximately 4 times per week.
Duties:
- Coaching & mentoring the sales team.
- Forecasting annually and quarterly, monitoring performance metrics.
- Developing a sales plan aligned with business goals.
- Reviewing sales team activities to ensure alignment with targets.
- Ensuring the team achieves their potential.
- Using sales data to stay updated on market trends and customer needs.
- Creating account plans for larger clients.
- Building strong relationships with decision makers.
- Networking with key stakeholders.
- Applying Pareto analysis to maintain and grow top accounts.
- Presenting company reports at Director meetings.
- Contributing to company KPIs and business plans.

Benefits:
- Salary: £90,000 - £120,000
