• Lead barista training, optimise workflows and perform quality control to maintain specialty coffee standards.
• Manage staff and scheduling in collaboration with the operations department.
• Monitor equipment performance, stock levels and cafe presentation.
• Act as a key ambassador for the Coaltown brand, communicating coffee knowledge and supporting sales.
