Homerton Healthcare CQC rating is outstanding and it is our intention to maintain that rating and as such we have been learning about the new quality standards and how the new single assessment framework is applied.
As Homerton Healthcare is an integrated care organisation and provides acute services as well as community services across the boroughs of City and Hackney, we provide care across the continuum of the pathway and recognise the importance of this for patients.
The successful candidate will work closely with each of our divisions to ensure pathways as well as services are assessed and as prepared as they can be. The successful candidate will help the divisional triumvurate understand the new quality statements and how they apply to their services and work with them to ensure we can demonstrate and evidence the incredible work we do and care we provide.
