Michael Page in Worcestershire is engaged to source a Head of Quality for a leading engineering and manufacturing site. You will own the Quality Management System, drive a modern, agile quality framework, and support growth through robust QA/QC and CI practices.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of the site's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. You will lead quality strategy, support operational performance improvement, and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.

This is a site-based role in Worcestershire with travel required as part of the position.

The Head of Quality will receive £75,000 - £80,000 + benefits package
