Job summary

Peaple Talent is recruiting a Quality Manager - Engineering for a Coventry-based site. You will own quality systems, ensure product conformity, meet customer requirements, and maintain regulatory compliance within a technical engineering environment.

Lead a small quality team, drive continuous improvement, and manage inspections across aerospace/automotive/medical sectors. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a competitive bonus and benefits.

This is a great chance to work within a technical engineering environment, supporting a range of blue-chip customers within highly regulated industries.

The role is for a reputable engineering business that boasts a leading name within its industry. You will take ownership in being the site quality and technical expert, managing all aspects including quality systems, product conformity, customer requirements, regulatory compliance, inspection and continuous improvement.

This is a managerial role where you will have a small team of quality personnel supporting across key areas. You will have the autonomy in utilising your experience to deliver on projects and lead on the development of your team.

The role would suit someone who wants a quality management role in a technical/engineering environment supporting regulated industries.

The Role:

• Quality Manager supporting customers within aerospace/automotive/medical.
• Managing quality systems, product conformity, customer requirements, regulatory compliance, inspection and continuous improvement.
• Mon-Fri 8am-5pm working hours.

The Candidate:

• Quality Engineering background.
• Ideally have experience supporting highly regulated customers.
• A background in metals/materials engineering is entirely preferential.
