Job summary

Altana, the network for trusted trade, seeks a founding Head of Policy & National Security to drive growth across government verticals. You will own opportunities end-to-end, shape strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to win large-scale programs.

Based in London, New York, or DC with hybrid flexibility, you will partner with executive leadership to transform how governments buy technology and secure multi-year contracts.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership.
• Deep knowledge of how the public sector buys and contracting mechanisms.
• Extensive government network and crediblity at senior levels.
• Builder's instinct for standing up new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for Policy & National Security vertical with a concrete plan.
• Manage a field of sellers, pipeline, and forecast for large government opportunities.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies from operational to strategic levels.
• Own partner relationships with systems integrators and primes to win programs.
