Altana is building a new Policy & National Security vertical and seeks a founder‑level leader to own growth end‑to‑end. You’ll shape opportunities, drive revenue, and manage a field of sellers pursuing major government programs.

You will partner with the VP of GPS, Government Affairs, Capture, Product, Delivery, and executive leadership to win and scale programs globally. This is a foundational business development role with hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership.
• Deep knowledge of how the public sector buys and contracting mechanisms.
• A network across government and industry with senior-level credibility.
• Builder’s instinct and ability to stand up something new.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue growth for the Policy & National Security vertical and translate strategy into a concrete plan.
• Manage a field of sellers, own pipeline and forecast for large-scale government opportunities.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana’s value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies from operational to strategic levels.
• Own partner relationships with systems integrators, primes, and teaming partners.
• Coordinate across GPS and other teams to align objectives and drive programs.
