Job summary

Altana is seeking the founding Head of Policy & National Security to grow, manage, and run that business globally within our Global Public Sector. You’ll own the end-to-end growth of Policy & National Security, shaping opportunities, and turning agency bets into won programs that build a durable book of business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in public-sector sales and revenue growth leadership.
• Strong understanding of how governments buy and contract in public sector.
• Extensive government network across agencies and industry.
• Builder's instinct to stand up something new and lead teams.
• Ability to translate complex software into government value, with policy/ national security focus.

Responsibilities

• Own Altana's revenue growth for the Policy & National Security vertical and manage pipeline and forecast.
• Pursue complex, large-scale government opportunities reflecting strategic vision and long-term bets.
• Shape opportunities by communicating Altana's value to senior government stakeholders.
• Develop relationships across agencies from operational to strategic levels.
• Own partner relationships—systems integrators, primes, teaming partners—and activate Altana's network to win programs.
• Coordinate across GPS leaders to align verticals with company objectives.
• Anticipate pursuit requirements and surface needs early across teams.
• Feed policy signals into Product, pricing, and strategy to inform roadmaps.
