Job summary

Altana in London seeks a Technical Delivery Manager for the Public Sector to guide government customers in operating the Atlas platform and realising value from Altana’s product network. You will own deployments, enablement, and ongoing relationships, working closely with engineering, product, and sales teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and expansion opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on security clearances and stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in customer management, technology delivery, or related areas.
• Experience working with government stakeholders is ideal.
• Ability to translate complex data or technology concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployments and technical work streams across customer accounts.
• Become a power-user of Altana’s Atlas platform and drive value for Public Sector customers.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and translate feedback to product teams.
• Respond to user queries and build scalable processes for TAM operations.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to specify new or expanded features.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Account teams.
• Balance strategic and tactical activities to drive customer outcomes and expansion.
