Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a senior planning professional to support the Senior Leadership Team on Central and Outer London schemes, with a growing pipeline for 2027.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, provide planning advice to private sector clients, manage project outputs, and help shape client pitches and proposals with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivery.

Qualifications

• Professional membership with RICS (Planning and Development) or RTPI is desirable.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on planning projects.
• Strong client-facing and proposal development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning advice to private sector clients, focusing on Central London.
• Assemble and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for feasibility and due diligence.
• Manage project outputs, including budgets and client deliverables.
• Shape client pitches and proposals and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and coordinate with senior staff.
