The Role:
We are looking for a Head of PMO (FTC) to implement new pricing and packaging options that have the potential to significantly accelerate the growth of the business. The business has worked with a leading strategy consultancy to create an innovative model that allows it to grow in partnership with its dealer customers.
Implementation of the initiative requires cross-functional effort with impact across sales, operations, product, technology and finance. The Head of Project Management Office will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the overall project.
The individual will ensure strong communication and alignment between departments and work proactively to help resolve and escalate issues that may threaten the project’s success.
This is expected to be a 9-12 month project to ensure that the business has prepared properly.
Success will be measured by effective implementation translating into dealer adoption and revenue growth. The Head of PMO will bring significant experience in complex commercial projects with a proven ability to work with multiple disciplines.
