Head of PMO - Pensions Programme - INSIDE IR35 - REMOTE, Leeds, West Yorkshire

This role is with a global company seeking a Head of PMO to join on a contract basis, primarily remote with some ad hoc travel to client sites. Must be eligible for SC clearance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Programme & Project Management: Support the activity of defining policy and standards across the business.
• Governance: Support the activity of defining policy and standards, project/programme governance processes.
• Planning & Scheduling: Create comprehensive, integrated plans at various levels for complex projects and portfolios, enabling effective monitoring and control.
• Create consolidated planning outputs for reporting and governance.
• Resource Management: Identify, assign resources, and support business decisions regarding supply, demand, and capacity.
• Risk & Issue Management: Establish and lead risk and issue management processes across programmes and portfolios.
• Data Analysis / Business Intelligence: Develop tools and strategies to transform raw data into business insights.
• Delivery Support and Management: Provide specialist support to other business areas to achieve broader outcomes.
