Head of PMO - Pensions Programme - INSIDE IR35 - REMOTE

Our client, a global company, is recruiting for a Head of PMO to join the team on a contract basis remotely.

Note: Some very ad hoc travel to client sites may be required.

Must be eligible for SC clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Programme & Project Management - Support defining policy and standards across the business.
• Governance - Support defining policy, standards, and project/programme governance processes.
• Planning & Scheduling - Create comprehensive, integrated plans at various levels for complex projects and programmes, enabling effective monitoring and control.
• Develop consolidated planning outputs for programme and portfolio management reporting and governance.
• Resource Management - Identify, assign, and support resource planning, utilization, and capacity management.
• Risk & Issue Management - Lead risk and issue management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Data Analysis / Business Intelligence - Develop tools and strategies to transform raw data into insights.
• Delivery Support and Management - Provide expertise and support to other business areas for wider outcomes.
