Head of PMO - Pensions Programme - INSIDE IR35 - REMOTE

Our client, a global company, is recruiting for a Head of PMO to join the team on a contract basis remotely.

Note: Some very ad hoc travel to client sites may be required.

Must be eligible for SC clearance.

Responsibilities:

1. Programme & Project Management - Support defining policy and standards across the business.
2. Governance - Support defining policy, standards, and governance processes for projects and programmes.
3. Planning & Scheduling - Create comprehensive, integrated plans at various levels for complex projects and portfolios, enabling effective monitoring and control.
4. Create consolidated planning outputs to support reporting and governance.
5. Resource Management - Identify, assign, and support resource planning, assessing supply, demand, and capacity.
6. Risk & Issue Management - Establish and lead risk and issue management processes across programmes and portfolios.
7. Data Analysis / Business Intelligence - Develop tools and strategies to transform raw data into insights.
8. Delivery Support and Management - Provide specialist input to support wider business outcomes.

Experience:
