We are looking for a Head of Pricing to join our services team in the UK. This role involves leading the development and execution of our global pricing strategy for the Services division. Responsibilities include optimizing pricing models, conducting market analysis, and collaborating across teams to drive revenue and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our division's pricing strategies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
  1. Create and execute a global pricing strategy aligned with business goals and market conditions.
  2. Develop and refine pricing models to maximize revenue and ensure market competitiveness.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to stay ahead of pricing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to implement effective pricing strategies.
  5. Drive revenue growth and monitor pricing performance to meet targets.
  6. Adapt pricing strategies to different regions, considering local market dynamics.
  7. Use analytics to evaluate pricing effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  8. Manage and mentor the pricing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  9. Communicate pricing strategies and decisions effectively across the organization.
Qualifications and skills needed:
  • Extensive experience in pricing, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing global pricing strategies that enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and product development.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in pricing software, data analytics tools, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing platforms is a plus.
