We are looking for a Head of Pricing to join our service team in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Global Pricing to lead the development and execution of our global pricing strategy for our Services division. This is a key position responsible for optimizing pricing models, conducting market analysis, and collaborating across teams to drive revenue and profitability for our global services. This is an exciting opportunity to drive tangible results and shape the future of the division's pricing strategies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a global pricing strategy aligned with business goals and market conditions.
  • Develop and refine pricing models to maximize revenue and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay ahead of pricing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to implement effective pricing strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth and monitor pricing performance to meet targets.
  • Tailor pricing strategies to different regions, considering local market dynamics.
  • Use analytics to evaluate pricing effectiveness and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Manage and mentor the pricing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate pricing strategies and decisions clearly across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience in pricing, preferably within industrial or B2B environments.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing global pricing strategies that enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, especially sales, marketing, finance, and product development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in pricing software, data analytics tools, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing platforms is a plus.
