What you'll be doing
Leverage data from the warehouse to uncover insights into user behavior and identify opportunities to boost product engagement. Maintain and adapt Tableau dashboards to evolving business needs. Analyze member activity—including engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue—to inform strategic decisions. Conduct ongoing product and marketing performance analyses, using tools to track customer journeys and improve user experience. Collaborate with BI and Engineering teams to resolve data issues and ensure data quality. Present insights to team members to guide business strategy and investments.
