ROLE OVERVIEW

OMNES is seeking a dynamic and resourceful PR Manager to enhance our brand visibility and reputation through strategic public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing media relations, crafting compelling press materials, and driving PR campaigns. This role is flexible, accommodating candidates from mid-level to senior, based on experience. As the PR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our public image and communicating our mission to a wider audience. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, including fashion editors, journalists, and influencers.
• Press Materials: Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials that effectively communicate OMNES’s brand story and mission.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns to promote new product launches, brand initiatives, and sustainability efforts.
• Event Coordination: Organise and manage press events, fashion shows, and other promotional activities to generate media coverage and public interest.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage, analyse PR campaign performance, and report on key metrics to the CEO.
• Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate any potential PR crises, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align PR efforts with broader marketing strategies and content plans.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, representing OMNES at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Social Media: Support social media efforts by collaborating on content creation and leveraging PR opportunities to boost online engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: + 6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting engaging press materials.
• Media Savvy: Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital and traditional outlets.
• Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans that align with overall business objectives.
