Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Head of Business Performance & Delivery to lead enterprise performance, reporting and governance across Corporate & Institutional Banking. The role shapes how performance data informs decisions.

You will own scorecards, operating models and oversight of service delivery, partner with senior leaders, and drive transformational initiatives while ensuring risk and control standards are met.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business performance within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise performance management, scorecards and management information.
• Experience in senior reporting to boards and executive committees.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business performance across CIB with clear visibility of performance, service delivery and risks.
• Lead development and evolution of the CIB Balanced Scorecard and executive reporting.
• Define operating models and organisation design to enable efficient, resilient delivery of priorities.
• Provide senior oversight of service delivery into LBCM with quality and resilience standards.
• Establish governance forums, performance measures and issue management for oversight.
• Act as a senior leader within Strategic Enablement, aligning to CIB priorities.
• Maintain operational control environment across the COO Business Unit and risk framework.
