Responsibilities

• Lead performance across Nationwide's Business Banking proposition with governance and accountability.
• Attend governance meetings to oversee performance, risk, and strategic discussions and ensure clear actions.
• Sponsor and deliver major change programmes to improve performance, capacity and customer outcomes.
• Deputise for the Head of Business Banking - Branch & Cash Support and represent the function at senior forums.
• Develop and mobilise governance models, operating models and stakeholder relationships to enable long-term growth.
