Lloyds is seeking a senior leader to head reporting and insight for senior leaders and governance forums in a highly visible role within Business & Commercial Banking.

You will oversee governance processes, provide clear insight and constructive challenge to support action and decision-making, while developing the team and enhancing reporting through data, analytics, automation and AI.

Formación

• Risk management across 1st/2nd line in financial services.
• Strong data interpretation to derive actionable insight.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and governance forums.
• Proven ability to produce executive/board-level reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-profile reporting for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Provide clear insight, advice and constructive challenge to support management action.
• Oversee governance processes that support effective risk oversight.
• Develop the team and raise standards for accuracy, insight and delivery.
• Explore and implement data, analytics, automation and AI to improve reporting.
