Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is looking for a Head of BB Relationship Sales to lead Business Banking’s Relationship Management and Specialist Lending teams. The role focuses on client-led growth and delivering strong commercial outcomes through data-driven insights and differentiated relationship models.

You will set vision and direction, partner with key areas, and drive improvements in products, pricing and client experience across a cohesive, client-centric model.

• Lead and develop a high-performing, remote-capable sales and relationship team.
• Utilise AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and client outcomes.
• Influence colleagues to evolve client coverage and sales models.
• Oversee technology investments and roadmap alignment with client needs.
• Provide data-driven insights to support client conversations and growth.
