Hamberley Care Management Limited is recruiting a Head of Human Resources to lead the People Team across multiple care homes. You will set the people strategy, support home managers, and work with the Commercial Director and Board on people decisions.

You will head HR, L&D and Overseas Recruitment, develop the team, ensure compliant practice, and drive engagement, wellbeing and retention across the network.

Formación

• Qualified HR professional with strategic, multi-site experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and Board on people matters.
• Experience leading an HR team across multiple homes or sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with the company vision.
• Lead HR, Learning & Development and Overseas Recruitment functions.
• Advise the Commercial Director and Board on people matters.
• Oversee employee relations, policy, and compliance across sites.
• Lead and develop the HR team with clear objectives.
