Job summary

Jersey Cheshire Home is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and deliver a comprehensive HR service across the organisation. This role is in a well-respected local charity that supports adults with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.

You will provide expert advice on all HR aspects, oversee recruitment, employee relations, absence and performance management, and drive learning & development, policy development, and compliance with Jersey employment legislation.
