Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Head of People Digital Transformation to lead the People Directorate’s digital, data and AI agenda. This role will shape the long-term strategy, drive large-scale transformation programmes, and ensure governance and value across workforce services.

You will work with senior leaders to implement digital innovation, analytics, and AI adoption while developing digital capability and data literacy within the People function.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in digital transformation or data analytics.
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Experience with workforce analytics and AI in a healthcare setting.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the long-term People Directorate Digital, Data and AI strategy.
• Lead complex digital and AI-enabled transformation programmes across the directorate.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on digital innovation and analytics.
• Line manage Digital Developer and provide guidance to colleagues.
