Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Digital Programme Manager for a 12-month period in the Digital Department. The role leads and manages complex IT programmes and projects that impact 1500+ staff, ensuring delivery to time and budget.

You will provide professional programme management to assist departments with applications, systems and technology solutions that realise patient and organisational benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful implementation of IT programmes and projects that impact the Trust against agreed project plans to time and within constraints.
• Identify, build and manage large multi-functional teams of technical and non-technical staff (often 30–50 project staff).
• Set strategy for programme delivery aligning project deliverables with strategic goals.
• Work with ICT Clinical Implementation Manager to identify programme benefits and ensure delivery through specific projects.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects to ensure successful delivery in line with strategic objectives.
