Job summary

Henry Schein One UK seeks a Head of Partnerships to define and scale our Dentally marketplace and partner ecosystem. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams to determine where partnerships add value and how integrations should evolve to serve customers.

You will lead governance, portfolio strategy, and multi‑year roadmaps, driving ecosystem growth through scalable operating models and high‑quality partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience building ecosystems, marketplaces or strategic partnership functions within SaaS.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Strong people leadership experience with coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term direction for the Dentally marketplace and partner ecosystem.
• Own governance and performance framework for marketplace and ecosystem.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and regions.
• Manage partnerships budget, investment strategy and resource allocation.
