Job summary

Henry Schein One UK is seeking a Manager, Brand & Content to shape our global brand presence for our Dentally SaaS products. You will lead strategy and day-to-day execution of brand, messaging, and storytelling across markets to strengthen campaign impact and support sustainable growth.

You will manage a high-performing team, driving content that informs customers, supports product direction, and enhances brand perception.

Qualifications

• Experience leading brand and content in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3 years+ team management experience.
• Proven hands-on capability in messaging, storytelling, and campaign narrative.
• Experience operating as a player-manager in a scaling environment.
• Strong editorial judgement and brand instinct.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (Growth, Product, Sales).
• Confident, comfortable balancing long term brand building with commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Dentally’s global brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice across markets and customer touchpoints.
• Create the global content strategy, translating priorities into clear content plans and initiatives.
• Manage the narrative and creative direction for brand campaigns within your remit.
• Develop and oversee content including thought leadership pieces, reports and campaign assets.
• Oversee events, sponsorships, and PR to support the wider brand narrative.
• Work with Growth, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing and regional teams to connect brand and content to the customer journey.
• Define and report on brand and content performance, linking awareness and growth to outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing brand and content team; motivate and achieve targets.
• Coach team members in best practices, fostering continuous development.
• Ensure IDPs and regular performance reviews for all team members.
• Maintain a collaborative environment to enable team success.
• Lead recruitment efforts for the team and hire top talent.
• Promote an inclusive and diverse culture in line with Henry Schein One values.
