Henry Schein One UK seeks a Head of Partnerships to define and scale our marketplace and partner ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Commercial teams to decide where partnerships create greater value than building internally.

This role focuses on ecosystem quality, customer value, integration adoption and long-term platform growth, with strong governance and leadership requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, ecosystem management or platform-focused SaaS environments.
• Strong people leadership experience and ability to coach and develop teams.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the Dentally partner ecosystem and marketplace strategy.
• Governance and performance framework for marketplace partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to align priorities.
