Job summary

Haven is seeking a Head of Department – Head of Facilities to lead a substantial facilities team covering site maintenance, facilities management, security and cleaning operations. You will set direction, motivate staff, manage budgets and drive safe, compliant operations across the park to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in facilities management (hard and soft)
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities
• Vendor management and cost-control experience
• Strong strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Facilities Team with clear goals and motivation
• Oversee site maintenance, facilities management, security and cleaning operations across the park
• Manage budgets, resources and tools to keep operations running smoothly
• Drive continuous improvement in how facilities teams interact and perform
• Ensure safety, compliance with laws and company policies and produce regular senior-management reporting
• Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and identify growth opportunities
