Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Head of Organisational Effectiveness for its F1 Technical arm on a maternity cover FTC. You will be at the heart of the team, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen leadership, culture, capability and performance.

Qualifications

• Significant senior People/HR experience in elite performance environments.
• Proven leadership coaching to improve leader effectiveness and accountability.
• Strong expertise in organisational development, change and capability building.
• Experience in organisational design, talent management and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across the technical function and with senior leaders.
• Use data and on‑the‑ground insights to understand performance barriers and opportunities.
• Turn insights into practical people priorities that align with team goals.
• Coach senior leaders to improve decision making, communication and accountability.
• Shape teams, workforce planning and succession strategies to boost performance.
