Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Head of Organisational Effectiveness to partner with senior leaders in elite performance teams. The role combines coaching, organisation design and change management to unlock performance across leadership, culture and capability.

You will work closely with the leadership group, turning people priorities into practical actions and driving accountability in a high-velocity, technically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior People or Human Resources roles within elite performance, engineering or fast-paced technical environments.
• Proven leadership coaching experience, improving leader effectiveness, communication, decision-making and accountability.
• Strong organisational development and change management expertise with high-impact people solutions.
• Experience across organisational design, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and teams to drive performance improvements.
• Use data and on-the-ground insights to identify performance barriers and priorities.
• Turn insights into practical people priorities that align with team goals.
• Coach senior leaders to improve decision-making, accountability and communication.
• Shape organisation design, workforce and succession planning for resilience.
• Foster a one-team culture, collaboration and high-pressure performance.
• Oversee employee relations and people planning with sound judgement.
• Connect technical, production and race teams to deliver performance through collaboration.
