Loom Talent are partnering with a leading service sector organisation to recruit a Head of Operations in Slough. This senior role leads a multi-disciplinary operation and a team of around 30, driving performance, customer excellence and continuous improvement across a national business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape operational strategy and ensure exceptional day-to-day execution, balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership and delivering measurable business results.

Loom Talent are delighted to be partnering with a leading service sector organisation to recruit a Head of Operations during an exciting period of growth.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a multi‑disciplinary operation, driving performance, customer excellence and continuous improvement across a national business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and forming part of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping operational strategy while ensuring exceptional day‑to‑day execution.

The Role

Leading a team of approximately 30 employees, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the business, ensuring high levels of service, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver commercial objectives, improve operational capability and support future growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing high-performing operational teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Driving operational performance through effective planning, resource management and data-led decision making.
• Overseeing service delivery, warehousing, inventory management and operational planning.
