Salary and scope: £65,000 - £80,000 plus specialist training, progression opportunities and company benefits. Based in Leeds or surrounding area, with occasional UK client visits.

The role reports to the COO and focuses on improving performance, growing revenue streams and building scalable operations for future growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service, operations or aftermarket teams in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service function across multiple sites.
• Drive operational and commercial performance.
• Grow recurring revenue and customer partnerships.
• Occasional customer visits across the UK.
