Safer Hand Solutions is seeking an ambitious Head of Operations in Staffordshire to lead multiple teams and translate business strategy into actionable plans. You will drive performance, optimise service delivery, and sustain high-quality customer outcomes across the organisation.

You will report to the HR & Operations Director and shape operational excellence through continuous improvement, change initiatives, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in operational leadership or service delivery.
• Experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams through change and transformation.
• Ability to stay calm, decisive and focused under pressure.

Head of Operations |Staffordshire|Permanent| £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

The Role Reporting into the HR & Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery of services across multiple teams, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, customer service, and performance are consistently achieved.

You will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable plans, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence remains at the heart of everything the business delivers.
