As Head of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the Operations Department, managing engineers, coordinators and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for operational delivery, team performance, customer satisfaction and financial efficiency. You will be an experienced operational leader with a strong background in building services or engineering environments.
